Rules and regulations of the campaign ‘Recycling Cup = 10% Off SnowFest 2026 Early Bird’
- The campaign is organised by OSF POLSKA sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Wspólna 70/Vp, 00-687 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the m.st of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0001050030, NIP: 7011117996, REGON: 525985647, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (‘OSF’ or the ‘Organiser’).
- The aim of the campaign is to shape a pro-ecological attitude among consumers, expressed in the correct segregation of disposable packaging (cups) distributed during a mass event.
- The Action will be carried out on March 7-8, 2026 at the SnowFest Festival 2025 (the ‘Festival’) available on the Festival organizer’s website. OSF may suspend or terminate the campaign at any time during the Festival for any reason, e.g. when stocks of mugs intended for the campaign are exhausted. OSF does not sell or distribute beverages, but only makes cups available to an entity or entities conducting such activities on the premises of the Festival and during the Festival.
- The campaign consists in the possibility of obtaining a discount code that will entitle you to a 10% discount on the price of one ticket to the SnowFest 2026 festival in the Early Bird offer in exchange for the correct recycling of a mug marked with the campaign sticker.
- The campaign is open to any participant of the Festival who is an adult natural person (or a natural person who is at least 13 years of age with the consent of their parents or guardians, unless such consent is not necessary in the light of applicable regulations), who accepts these Regulations and who performs the following actions:
- purchases or receives a drink with a mug or in a mug marked with a ‘Win – Scan’ sticker with a unique QR code
- scans the QR code on the sticker with the smartphone camera in such a way as to open the ‘Bin-to-win’ web application (‘App’) on which the scan confirmation will be visible.
- after the end of consumption, following the instructions in the Application, he will throw the empty cup into a special container – marked with action stickers – located at the Festival area and confirm this fact in the Application.
- For each cup thrown into the container in accordance with the instructions in point 5, the Application will credit the participant with 10 points, which the participant can exchange for a discount code entitling them to receive a 10% discount on the price of one ticket for SnowFest Festival 2026 in the Early Bird offer.
- The willingness to exchange points for a discount should be reported by registering in the Application. In order to register, it will be necessary to provide a valid phone number and enter the verification code received during registration and accept the Terms and Conditions. It will not be possible to exchange points for a discount without registering.
- OSF reserves the right to verify the correctness of recycling by checking whether a cup with a QR code submitted for exchange for a discount has been thrown into a marked container and may exclude an application that clearly does not meet this criterion.
- Within 10 days after the end of the campaign, the participant will receive a text message confirming the application to the phone number provided during registration. Discount codes and instructions on how to use them will be sent via SMS – to the phone number provided during registration – before the start of ticket sales for SnowFest Festival 2026 in the Early Bird offer. The participant agrees that the codes can be sent by OSF, SnowFest or entities cooperating in the sale of tickets for the event.
- Each correctly registered participant can receive a maximum of 5 (five) discount codes. Codes are one-time, do not add up, cannot be combined with other promotions and are not exchangeable for cash or in-kind equivalents. Only one code can be used to purchase one ticket. The number of discount codes available in the campaign is limited. Codes will be awarded to participants in the order of correct registration, taking into account points 7, 8 and 9 of the Regulations.
- The information about the action contained in the advertising materials does not constitute an offer or a public promise. OSF shall not be liable for incorrect or incomplete reading of the campaign slogan or for any disputes arising for reasons attributable to third parties.
- An inquiry or complaint regarding the campaign may be submitted by the participant – at the participant’s choice:
- by mail, directly to the Organizer’s address indicated in point 1 of the Regulations.
- by filling out the contact form on the website https://bin-to-win.com/ with the recommended message header ‘Complaint – 10% discount on SnowFest’.
In the complaint, the participant should provide their data (name and surname, address or e-mail address), the telephone number that was used to participate in the campaign, indicate the reason for the complaint and what they are requesting. The Organiser shall respond to the complaint by letter or e-mail within 14 days of its receipt. The administrator of personal data provided for the purposes of complaints is OSF POLSKA sp. z o.o. The data will be processed in order to consider the complaint and respond to it. The basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which is to handle complaints, establish the existence of claims and defend against them, and to seek an amicable (out-of-court) resolution of the dispute.
